When you submit an order request, we receive your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and selected products, quantities and totals.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, confirm availability and payment arrangements, organise delivery and resolve order issues. We do not use the order form to subscribe you to marketing.

Services and sharing

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Verified test order notifications are transmitted through EmailJS to our Gmail inbox. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We share necessary order and delivery details with suppliers and courier providers to fulfil confirmed orders.

Payments

Test checkout is provided by Razorpay. Your name, email and phone number may be passed to Razorpay to prefill its checkout. Payment entry is handled by Razorpay; we receive payment references and test status for verification. Use only Razorpay test details.

Razorpay checkout is in test mode only. No real money is collected and test orders are not dispatched. This website does not request or collect card numbers, UPI PINs, banking passwords or OTPs.

Storage and requests

Order details are retained in our business email as needed to manage orders, support, accounting and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, contact toffeesstore99@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or outstanding disputes.

Browser and hosting data

The shopping bag is kept in the current page memory. We do not add advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process technical logs and traffic information to operate and protect the site.
